SENSORY
Appearance: Uniform, free from foreign materials, with phase separation allowed and minimal presence of small pieces or dark particles inherent to the fruit.
Color: Intense and homogeneous, resembling the color of the fruit from which the product was extracted, with a slight color change.
Aroma: Characteristic and intense of ripe and healthy fruit. Free from any off odors.
Taste: Characteristic and intense of ripe and healthy fruit. Free from any off, bitter, astringent, or fermented flavors.
Consistency: Should feel smooth and homogeneous in the mouth, without foam or foreign particles.
Shelf Life: One year under freezing conditions, without interruption of the cold chain.
Packaging and Presentation: Polyethylene bags and/or plastic drums, depending on the product line.
Handling and Transport: Products are packed in cardboard boxes according to the product line.
The product must be handled at less than -18 degrees Celsius while always maintaining the cold chain.
